Judy Dever Kennard’s story embodies resilience, leadership, and lifelong dedication to Stivers. At school, she was active in clubs, president of Delta Mu sorority, captain of the Stiverettes drill team, and editor of the yearbook.
As a single mother, she balanced work, college, and raising four sons, later building a 27-year career with the Montgomery County Domestic Relations Court as a commissioner, bailiff, and mediator.
Judy served 12+ years as President and Vice President of the Stivers Alumni Association, ensuring scholarships continued through the COVID-19 era.
