Jacob Carey starred in soccer and tennis, lettering four years in both. As a senior, he led the area with 40 goals and 14 assists, finishing second overall among all Dayton schools.
He was a First Team All-SWOPL selection and advanced to the Sectional Tournament semifinals in tennis.
Jacob’s magnet was Advanced Music and Jazz Bands, and he performed with the nationally recognized Stivers Jazz Orchestra.
After graduation, Jacob attended Urbana University on a partial soccer scholarship and later transferred to Wright State University. He and his wife Allegra live in Shiloh, Ohio, raising their seven children.
